Իսրաել Չարնի (Israel W. Charny, ծն. 1931) իսրաելյան հոգեբան և պատմաբան, ցեղասպանության ճանաչված մասնագետ,[1] Պրոֆեսոր:
Չարնին երկհատոր Encyclopedia of Genocide հանրագիտարանի խմբագիրն է,[2] և Երուսաղեմի Հոլոքոստի ու ցեղասպանության ինստիտուտի տնօրենը:[3]
