Ֆրանկ Փ. Քելլեր (փետրվարի 4, 1913(1913-02-04), Monongahela, Վաշինգտոն շրջան, Փենսիլվանիա, ԱՄՆ[1] - դեկտեմբերի 25, 1977(1977-12-25), Հոլիվուդ, Լոս Անջելես, Կալիֆոռնիա, ԱՄՆ), 1958 - 1977 թվականներին 24 գեղարվեստական կինոնկար նկարահանած ամերիկյան կինո և հեռուստախմբագիր[2][3]։ Հայտնի է նաև ռեժիսոր Փիթեր Եյթսի հետ խմբագրած մի շարք ֆիլմերով, չորս անգամ «Օսկար լավագույն մոնտաժի համար» անվանակարգում առաջադրվելու համար, և «Բուլիթ» ֆիլմում (1968) իր «հեղափոխական»"[4] ավտոարշավի նկարահանմամբ, որի շնորհիվ նա արժանացել է «Օսկարի»[5]։

1942–1945 թվականներին՝ Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի ժամանակ, Քելլերն աշխատել է խմբագիր Նորվալ Քրուտչերի հետ եվրոպացի օպերատորների կողմից նկարահանված ֆիլմը ցուցակագրելու վրա[6]։ 1949 թվականին Քելլերը դառնում է ռեժիսոր Ալ Քլարկի օգնականը «All the King's Men» ֆիլմում[7]։ 1952-1956 թվականների ընթացքում Քելլերն աշխատել է որպես խմբագիր Ֆրենկ Կապրայի հետ «Բելլի լաբորատորիայի գիտական սերիալի» առաջին չորս մասերի վրա, որը հովանավորում էր « American Telephone and Telegraph Company» ընկերությունը։ Նրանց աշխատանքի գագաթնակետը հանդիսացել է 1956 թվականին հեռարձակված «Our Mr. Sun» գունավոր ֆիլմը, որն այդ սերիալի առաջին ֆիլմն էր[8]։ Քելլերը ավելի ուշ խմբագրել է այդ սերիալի յոթերորդ և ութերորդ մասերը՝ «Կյանքի թելը» (1960) և «Ժամանակի մասին»-ը (1962), որոնց ռեժիսորը Օուեն Քրումպն էր։

Քելլերի առաջին խմբագրական աշխատանքը «Բոննի Պարկերի պատմությունը» (1958) գեղարվեստական կինոնկարն էր, որի ռեժիսորն էր Ուիլիամ Ուիթնեյը։ 1961 թվականին Քելլերը խմբագրել է «Մեկ գրպան լիքը հրաշքներ» ֆիլմը, որը ռեժիսոր Ֆրենկ Կապրայի վերջին աշխատանքն էր։ Քելլերի հեռուստատեսային աշխատանքներից էին «The Avengers» (1962), «Star Trek»(1967–69) ֆիլմերը։ Քելլերը հայտնի է նաև ռեժիսոր Փիթեր Եյթսի վաղ ֆիլմերից վեցը խմբագրելու համար, այդ թվում «Բուլիթը» (1968) և «Mother, Jugs & Speed» (1976)[9]: Նրա վերջին գեղարվեստական ֆիլմը «Ամպրոպի ճայթյուններն» էր (ռեժիսոր՝ Ջոն Ֆլին, 1977)։

Բուլիթի ավտոարշավի տեսարանը Քելլերի այն աշխատանքն է, որն ամենալավն է հիշվում և տարիներ շարունակ լայնորեն քննարկվում[4][5][10][11][12][13][14]։ Լեոնարդ Մալթինը այն անվանել է «դասական ավտոհետապնդում, լավագույնը բոլոր ժամանակներից»[13]։ Էմանուել Լևին 2003 թվականին գրել է. «Բուլիթը պարունակում է կինոյի պատմության մեջ ամենահետաքրքիր ավտոհետապնդումներից մեկը»[4]։

Ճանաչում[խմբագրել | խմբագրել կոդը]

1957 թվականին «Our Mr. Sun» ֆիլմի համար Քելլերն արժանացել է Էմմի մրցանակի (հեռուստաֆիլմի լավագույն խմբագրման համար)[15]։ Արժանացել է «Օսկար լավագույն մոնտաժի համար» մրցանակի և «Մոնտաժորների ամերիկյան ասոցիացիայի» մրցանակի «Բուլիթի» (1968) համար և առաջադրվել «BAFTA մրցանակի լավագույն մոնտաժի համար»։

1976 թվականին Քելլերն ընտրվել է շարժանկարների արվեստի և գիտության ակադեմիայի կառավարիչների խորհրդի կազմում[16]։
