Հայաստան - Արցախ հարաբերություններ, երկկողմ հարաբերություններ Արցախի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև։ Արցախի Հանրապետությունը շատ սերտ հարաբերություններ ունի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հետ։ Մինչև 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ին կնքված կապիտուլացիոն համաձայնագիրը փաստացի հանդիսացել է որպես Հայաստանի մաս[1][2][3][4][5][6]։ Երևանում գործում է Արցախի Հանրապետության ներկայացուցչությունը[7]։

1945 թվականին Խորհրդային Հայաստանի ղեկավար Գրիգորի Արուտինովը դիմել է Ստալինին՝ տարածաշրջանը Խորհրդային Հայաստանին միացնելու խնդրանքով, որը մերժվել է[8]։
