Silk Road, անանուն առևտրային առանց-հարթակ, որը գտնվում է ․оnion անանուն Tor ցանցում և աշխատել է 2011-2013 թվականներին[1][2]։ Բազմաթիվ վաճառվող ապրանքների շարքում հիմնականում անօրինական են, սակայն կայքի տերերի կողմից արգելված է այստեղ կրեդիտային քարտերի, կեղծ փողերի, մանկական պոռնոգրաֆիայի, անձնական տվյալների, մարդասպանի ծառայության և զենքերի վաճառքը։ Կայքը ավելի հայտնի է ինչպես առևտրային հարթակ, որտեղ վաճառվում են հոգեմետ նյութեր, որոքն կազմում են ընդհանուր ապրանքների 70%, բացի դրանից վաճառվում են նաև օրինական ապրանքներ օրինակ՝ գրքրերի էլեկտրոնային տարբերակներ։

Հարթակի տերը Ռոսս Ուիլյամ Ուլբերխտն է, ով հայտարարել էր իր լիբերիստական հայացնելի մասին և քննադատում էր տնտեսության պետական ղեկավարումը[3]։

Գնորդները ապրանքի համար վճարումները կատարում են Bitcoin-ով, որը Tor ցանցում թույլ է տալիս թաքցնել փոխանցողի տվյալները և չկա գործարքի արգելափակման հնարավորություն։ Silk Road-ում գնորդի համար գրանցումը անվճար է, իսկ վաճառողները պետք է աճուրդից գնեն հաշիվ, ինչը թույլ է տալիս նվազեցնել խարդախության ռիսկերը[4][5]։

2013 թվականի մարտի տվյալներով խանութում վաճառվել է ավելի քան 10 հազար ապրանք, որոնցից 70 % մի շարք երկրերում արգելված հոգեմետ նյութեր են եղել (340 տեսակ)[6][7], որոնցից ամենաշատ վաճառվածներից են՝ MDMA, LCD և մարիխուանա[8][9]։ Ափիոնատիպ նյութեր (օրինակ՝ հերոին) խանութում ևս առակ են եղել[10], սակայն նրանց համար հարցումներ շատ քիչ են եղել[8][9]։

Խանութի օրենքերը արգելում էր մանկական պոռնոգրաֆիայի, բանակային քարտերի տվյալների վաճառքը, սպանության պատերներ տալը, ինչպես նաև զինամթերքի զանգվածային վաճառքը[6][11]։

Կայքում նաև վաճավում է ոչ մեծ քանակությամբ ապրանքաքանակ, որի վաճառքը չի արգելվում ոչ մի տեղ օրինակ՝ գրքեր և այլն[12]։

Silk Road-ի տեր սրանից առաջ բացել է «The Armory» կայքը, որը նախատեսված է եղել զենքերի վաճառքի համար, սակայն այն փակվել է քանի-որ քիչ է եղել հարցումները[13][14]։

2012-2013 թվականներին Silk Road-ից տարեկան կատարվում է 14-15 միլլիոն դոլլարի գնումներ[15]։ Կայքում գնումները կատարվում է Bitcoin-ի միջոցով, որի ընթացքում փոխանցումները կատարվում են անանուն։

Silk Road-ը հաճախ անվանում են անօրինական ապրանքների Аmazon.com կամ eBay[16][17]:

ԱԱԾ-ի հրապարակած տվյալներով՝ Ուլբրիխտի ձեռբակալումից հետո, կայքի միջոցով երկուս ու կես տարվա ընթացքում կայքի միջոցով կատարվել է 1,2 մլն գործարք[18], որը արժեցել է 9,4 միլլիոն բիթքոին[19][20]։ Կայքի միջնորդավճարից (8-10 % ամեն գործարքից)[21] մնացել էր ավելի քան 600 հազար բիթքոին[22]։

Ուլբրիխտոնի դատական գործի թղթերով, Silk Road օգտագործել է մի քանի հազար թմրանյութեր վաճառողներ և ավելի քան 100 հազար գնորդ[23]։

  • 2,5 տարվա ընթացքում գործարքների ծավալը կազմում էր՝ 9,5 միլլիոն բիթքոին, ինչը հավասար է կայքի փակվելու ժամանակվա թվին[24]։ Բացի դա բիթքոինների 78 %, երբեք շրջանառության մեջ չեն դրվել[25][26]։

2013 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 2-ին Սան Ֆրանցիսկոյում ձեռբակալվեց Ռոսս Ուիլյամ Ուլբրիխտը։ Նա մեղադրվում էր թմրանյութերի վաճաեքի և հաքերային գործունեության մեջ, ինչպես նաև փողերի լվացման։ Հատուկ գործակալները նրան կարողացան հայտնաբերել կանադական իրավապահ մարմինների միջոցով, ովքեր գտնել էին ճամպրուկ, որում եղել է 9 կեղծ անձնագրեր և այն ուղարկված է եղել Սան Ֆրանցիսկո[27][28]։

2013 թվականի նոյեմբերի 7-ին բացվեց նոր խանութ, որը կրում էր SilkRoad 2.0 անունը[30][31][32]։ ԱՄՆ կառավարությունը հերքում է, որ կայքը ստեղծեվել իրենց կողմից և որ այն կեղծ է[33]։

6 տարի անց՝ 2014 թվականի նոյեմբերի 6-ին, ԱԱԾ-ն ձեռբակալեց կայքի սեփականատիրոջը և կայքը փակվեց[34]։
