The stamp is postmarked with a one-cirle special cancellation with 35.0 mm diameter 1000 Berlin 12 from 10 Օգոստոս 1991 showing beside diverse inscriptions a portrait of Carl Gotthard Langhans (1732-1808), the architect of the Brandenburg Gate.
