English: Orignial descriptions : So this was at a chinese restaurant we ate at... i wasnt sure what it was, but i thought it was the same thing from "fear factor". So I looked it up and sure enough it's a "century egg" or a "thousand year old egg". I thought it tasted great... somewhere between jello, cheese, and egg. People eating them on 'fear factor' always gagged and spit, but really they didnt even taste wierd. Ethnocentric white people afraid of eating food thats slightly different. Bha! This is a part of a century egg chopped with choppsticks inside a chinese restaurant in Incheon, South Korea.
