Նատիվիզմ, քաղաքական դիրքորոշում[1], ըստ որի բնիկ բնակիչները արտոնություն և արտոնյալ կարգավիճակ են ստանում ներգաղթյալների նկատմամբ[2]։

Ներգաղթը սահմանափակող երկրները սովորաբար արդարացվում են ներգաղթողների դեմ հետևյալ փաստարկներից մեկի կամ մի քանիսի կողմից[3]՝

  • Տնտեսական
    • Զբաղվածության. ներգաղթյալները ձեռք են բերում աշխատատեղեր, որոնք հասանելի կլինեին բնիկ քաղաքացիներին, սահմանափակելով իրենց զբաղվածությունը, նրանք նաև ստեղծում են ավելցուկային աշխատուժ, որը նվազեցնում է աշխատավարձը։
    • Պետական ծախսեր. ներգաղթյալները բավարար հարկեր չեն վճարում իրենց անհրաժեշտ ծառայությունների արժեքը ծածկելու համար[4]։
    • Սոցիալական ապահովություն. ներգաղթյալները ակտիվորեն օգտագործում են սոցիալական ապահովության համակարգերը։
  • Մշակութային
    • Լեզու՝ ներգաղթածները մեկուսացվում են իրենց սեփական համայնքներում և հրաժարվում են սովորել տեղական լեզուն։
    • Մշակույթ՝ ներգաղթածները կգերազանցեն թվով տեղական բնակչությանը և կփոխարինեն տեղի մշակույթը իրենց սեփականով։
  • Բնապահպանական
    • Շրջակա միջավայր. ներգաղթյալները մեծացնում են սահմանափակ ռեսուրսների սպառումը։

Ավստրալիա[խմբագրել | խմբագրել կոդը]

Շատ ավստրալիացիներ դեմ էին հանդես գալիս տասնիններորդ դարի ոսկու տենդի ժամանակ չինացի ներգաղթյալների ներհոսքին[5]։ Երբ 1901 թվականին ավստրալիական առանձին գաղութներ կազմավորեցին ավստրալիական ընկերակցությունը, նոր ազգն ընդունեց «Սպիտակ Ավստրալիան»՝ որպես իր հիմնարար սկզբունքներից մեկը[6][7]։ Սպիտակ Ավստրալիայի քաղաքականության համաձայն, չինացիների և այլ ասիացիների մուտքը վիճելի էր մինչև Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի ավարտը, թեև երկիրը տուն էր մնացել շատ հին չինական ընտանիքների համար, որոնք գոյություն ունեին մինչև Սպիտակ Ավստրալիայի ընդունումը։ Ընդհակառակը, խաղաղ բնակիչների մեծ մասը տեղահանվել են այդ քաղաքականության ընդունումից անմիջապես հետո, իսկ մնացածը ստիպված են եղել լքել ձորերը, որտեղ նրանք տասնամյակներ շարունակ աշխատել են[8]։

Կանադա[խմբագրել | խմբագրել կոդը]

Նատիվիզմը տարածված էր Կանադայում (թեև տերմինը ծագել է ԱՄՆ-ում)[6][9]։ Այն ընդունել է մի քանի ձևեր՝ Չինացիների և այլ ասիացիների նկատմամբ թշնամական վերաբերմունքը շատ ուժեղ էր և ներառում էր նահանգային օրենքներ, որոնք խոչընդոտում էին չինացիների և ճապոնացիների ներգաղթին և արգելափակում էին նրանց տնտեսական շարժունակությունը։ 1942 թվականին, ի պատասխան Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի ժամանակ ճապոնական ագրեսիայի, կանադացի ճապոնացիները ստիպված էին մեկնել ռազմագերիների ճամբարներ[10][11]։

Առաջին համաշխարհային պատերազմի ժամանակ գերմանական կամ ավստրիական ծագում ունեցող կանադական նատուրալիզացված քաղաքացիները զրկվեցին ձայնի իրավունքից, իսկ Ավստրո-Հունգարական կայսրությունում ծնված տասնյակ հազարավոր ուկրաինացիներ ձերբակալվեցին և տեղադրվեցին ինտերնատների ճամբարներ[12]։

Բրիտանական կայսրությունում հակատոլիցիզմի ավանդույթները հանգեցրել են այն մտավախություններին, որ կաթոլիկները սպառնալիք են ներկայացնում ազգային (Բրիտանական) արժեքներին։ Երկու կողմերն էլ եղել են ներգաղթյալներ Իռլանդիայից, և նրանցից ոչ մեկը չի հավակնում հավատարմության Կանադայում[13]։

Պակիստանի Սինդ նահանգում նկատվում էին նատիվիստական շարժումներ, որոնք քարոզում էին Սինդի ժողովրդի վերահսկողությունը իրենց հայրենիքի նկատմամբ։ 1947 թվականին Հնդկաստանի բաժանումից հետո Հնդկաստանից գաղթած մուհաջիրների մեծ թիվը մտել է նահանգ՝ մեծամասնություն դառնալով Կարաչի նահանգի մայրաքաղաքում, որտեղ ավելի վաղ եղել է Սինդիի էթնիկ մեծամասնությունը։ Սինդհին նույնպես դեմ արտահայտվեց ուրդու քարոզչությանը, ի տարբերություն իրենց մայրենի լեզվի՝ Սինդհի-ի։

Չինաստանում քաղաքացիական պատերազմից հետո Թայվանը դարձել է ապաստան չինացի ազգայնականների համար, որոնք փախել են կոմունիստներից, որոնք հետևում էին արևմտյան գաղափարախոսությանը[14]։
