Աղիքային բորբոքման հիվանդություն

Աղիքային բորբոքային հիվանությունների (ԱԲՀ) էթիոլոգիան, որը հիմնականում բաղկացած է երկու տարբեր խանգարումներից (Կրոնի հիվանդություն և խոցելի կոլիտ), մնում է անհասանելի։ Այնուամենայնիվ, կան աճող փաստեր, որ աղիքային միկրոֆլորան կատարում է մեծ դեր ԱԲՀ-ի ախտածնության մեջ՝ սկսելով և պահպանելով բորբոքումը։ Վերջերս ԱԲՀ Մանկական Գաստրոէնտերիտի, Հեպատոլոգիայի և Սննդի Բրիտանական Հասարակության Աշխատող Խումբը եզրակացրեց, որ չնայած մանկական և ընտանեկան գաստերոէնտերիտի կողմից պրոբիոտիկների լայն օգտագործման, գոյություն ունեն դրանց օգտակար ազդեցության քիչ փաստեր։
